Magnesian diet

This diet is used at a hypertension, is more rare at atherosclerosis, cholecystitis with insufficient depletion of a gall bladder and cholelithiasis out of aggravation, at locks, especially in combination with obesity.

The diet is under construction of the products rich with magnesium. Table salt, extractive substances of meat and fish are excluded, the amount of free liquid is limited. The diet is appointed in the form of three consecutive diets for 3-4 days, each of which contains 0.8-1.2 g of magnesium.

1-4 days
The 1st breakfast: buckwheat cereal with fried wheat or rye bran – 150 g, tea with a lemon.
The 2nd breakfast: carrots grated – 100 g from 5 g of vegetable oil.
Lunch: borsch with mucous bran decoction – 250 g, millet cereal with dried apricots – 150 g, dogrose broth – 100 g.
Afternoon snack: juice apricot – 100 g.
Dinner: souffle cottage cheese – 150 g, tea with a lemon.
For the night: dogrose broth – 100 g.

4-8 days
The 1st breakfast: milk porridge – 250 g, tea with a lemon.
The 2nd breakfast: 50 g of the soaked prunes.
Lunch: Russian cabbage soup with mucous bran decoction – 250 g, meat boiled with beet, stewed on vegetable oil, – 50/160/10 g, apple – 100 g.
Afternoon snack: carrots apples salad – 100 g, dogrose broth – 100 g.
Dinner: a krupenik buckwheat with cottage cheese – 250 g, tea.
For the night: juice carrot – 100 g.
For all day: bread with bran – 125 g.

9-12 days
The 1st breakfast: carrots grated – 150 g, milk millet cereal – 250 g, tea with a lemon.
The 2nd breakfast: the dried apricots soaked – 100 g, wheat bran decoction – 100 g.
Lunch: soup oat with vegetables and mucous bran decoction – 250 g, a chicken boiled – 85 g, cutlets cabbage – 200 g, dogrose broth – 200 g.
Afternoon snack: apples fresh – 100 g.
Dinner: souffle cottage cheese – 150 g, carrot and apple cutlets – 200 g, tea.
For the night: tomato juice – 100 g.
For all day: bread with bran – 250 g, sugar – 30 g.
