Russian diet

The Russian diet is based on restriction of consumption of carbohydrates (especially sugar as it, being quickly dissolved, passes in an organism into fat) and fats of animal origin. Preference is given to vegetable fats which positively influence the processes connected with a fat consumption an organism. Soups on vegetable broth, meat, mainly in a boiled look, vegetables and fruit in a large number are recommended.

The quantity consumed salts and liquids is limited. It is not recommended to eat hot spices, pepper, mustard and to abuse mayonnaise. Candies, ice cream, chocolate, sweet confectionery and also smoked and salty dishes, except for the sauerkraut improving digestion are excluded from the menu. Also it is necessary to forget about alcoholic beverages.

It is necessary to keep to a diet not less than two months.

Approximate menu

1 day:
Breakfast: 100 g of boiled fish, 150 g of salad from sauerkraut, green peas and boiled carrots, a cup of black coffee without sugar.
The second breakfast: 150 g of boiled meat, 100 g of skim cheese, 2 apples.
Lunch: borsch vegetarian of any vegetables, 150 g of stewed cabbage and carrots, a glass of apple compote.
Dinner: 100 g of boiled fish, 2 boiled potatoes, a cup of tea without sugar.

2 day:
Breakfast: 200 g of the salad from the chopped fresh cabbage with green peas and onions filled with vegetable oil, a cup of black coffee.
The second breakfast: 1 glass of kefir.
Lunch: 100 g of beef Stroganoff with boiled carrots, a cup of apple compote.
Dinner: 100 g of boiled fish, 2 boiled potatoes, 1 orange.

3 day:
Breakfast: soft-boiled egg, toast, cup of black coffee.
The second breakfast: 100 g of buckwheat cereal with pieces of fruit.
Lunch: 150 g of a fried or boiled low-fat bird, 2 apples, orange.
Dinner: the vinaigrette without pepper filled with vegetable oil, a glass of apple juice or apple compote.

4 day:
Breakfast: glass of kefir, crouton.
The second breakfast: the crude vegetables salad filled with vegetable oil.
Lunch: 100 g of boiled meat, 150 g of salad from sauerkraut with green peas and onions.
Dinner: a plate of vegetable soup on weak meat broth, 100 g of the grated fresh carrots filled with a small amount of mayonnaise.

5 day:
Breakfast: 3 tablespoons of cottage cheese, a cup of black coffee without sugar.
The second breakfast: 2 apples, 2 oranges, glass of orange juice.
Lunch: dietary sausage, 150 g is fresher than cabbage with lemon juice, a glass of orange juice.
Dinner: 150 g of fried low-fat fish, 100 g of red currant, 100 g of a gooseberry, cup of mineral water.

6 day:
Breakfast: 100 g of boiled meat, 100 g of sauerkraut.
The second breakfast: 100 g of skim cheese.
Lunch: a plate of vegetable soup on low-fat meat or mushroom broth, a small piece of black bread.
Dinner: a piece of fast pork, 100 g of grated boiled beet with prunes, a cup of tea without sugar.

7 day:
Breakfast: 100 g of buckwheat cereal from honey tablespoon.
The second breakfast: 150 g of salad from any fruit.
Lunch: 100 g of boiled fish, 150 g of the salad from any crude vegetables filled with vegetable oil.
Dinner: 100 g of boiled meat, 2 boiled potatoes, apple, glass of apple juice.
