Montinyaka diet
The only noticeable difference of this diet from the traditional recommendations of healthy food is the ban on simultaneous consumption of fats and carbohydrates. After intake of proteins and fats (without carbohydrates), the organism willy-nilly should strengthen gluconeogenesis, that is formation of carbohydrates from fats (and at a lack of calories, and from muscular tissue) own organism.The diet is effective from first weeks of its observance as preference should be given to the products rich with the cellulose reducing appetite.
On this diet products with the high glycemic index are excluded from a daily diet and saturated fats are almost excluded. Emphasis is placed on cellulose, vegetables, fruit, mushrooms, fish. Bread is allowed to be eaten only at breakfast. Before a breakfast it is recommended to fill stomach volume with low-calorie products, having on an empty stomach drunk juice or having eaten fruit.
Very many food are forbidden, but the amount of the eaten food is not limited. These are softens the tortures generated by the bans a little. Besides, the resolved diet is protein-rich.
Advantage of this diet consists that it is quite compatible to a normal way of life. However it is impossible to adhere to such diet very long.
