All meal - it is strict till 18 o'clock. At this diet it is possible to lose up to 7 kg of weight in a week.The 1st day: 5 boiled potatoes in a uniform; 0.5 kefirs.
The 2nd day: 200 g of sour cream, 0.5 kefirs.
The 3rd day: 200 g of cottage cheese, 0.5 kefirs.
The 4th day: 0.5 boiled chickens without skin and without salt; 0.5 kefirs.
The 5th day: 1 kg of apples or 0.5 carrots or 300 g of prunes, 0.5 kefirs.
The 6th day: 1 l of kefir.
The 7th day: 1 l of mineral water.
