Rice diet
For fans of rice this diet simply rescue. The basis of a diet is made by rice, but only not cleaned. It is necessary to keep to a diet at least 3 days, and at most - 2 weeks.The 1st day:
Breakfast: apple, rice (60 g of dry grains) with a lemon dried peel and several drops of lemon juice, green tea or infusion of herbs.
Lunch: vegetable broth, vegetables salad (150 g), rice with greens, fruit vinegar (1 tsp) and 1 tsp of olive oil.
Dinner: the vegetable broth, rice with carrots and a vegetable marrow steamed.
The 2nd day:
Breakfast: orange, rice with an orange dried peel and 1 tsp of sour cream.
Lunch: vegetable broth with boiled vegetables and portion of rice.
Dinner: as lunch.
The 3rd day:
Breakfast: pear, the rice strewed with cinnamon.
Lunch: vegetable broth, cucumbers vinegar and olive oil salad, rice from 150 g of fried mushrooms on olive oil.
Dinner: the vegetable broth, rice with broccoli cabbage steamed.
The 4th day:
Breakfast: fruit salad from 1-2 tablespoons of rice flakes, rice with milk or cream.
Lunch: vegetable broth, a garden radish with leaves of a green salad, rice with the carrots steamed.
Dinner: vegetable broth, rice with parsley and a pinch of sunflower seeds of a sunflower.
The 5th day:
Breakfast: rice with grapes or raisin and 1 tsp of grated almonds.
Lunch: the vegetable broth, rice with a large number of greens made together with vegetables with 1 tablespoon of olive oil.
Dinner: vegetable broth, the rice filled with 1 tablespoon of the crushed walnuts, 2 tablespoons of green onions and 2 tablespoons of a grated root of a celery or parsley, the spinach steamed.
The 6th day:
Breakfast: rice + 2 dates, 4 walnuts, 1-2 berries of a fig and 1 pear.
Lunch: vegetable broth, rice with crude vegetables (a cucumber, sweet pepper), mint and 1 tablespoon of olive oil.
Dinner: vegetable broth, rice with 1-2 cut apples, 1 tablespoon of cream or sour cream and 1/2 tsps of honey.
The 7th day:
Breakfast: rice with crumbled by apple and pear, several drops of a lemon and 1 tsp of honey, 1/2 portions of yogurt.
Lunch: vegetable broth, a portion of a green salad, rice with 1 tomato and green beans, steamed.
Dinner: vegetable broth, rice with a vegetable marrow on couple, 1 tsp of not refined olive oil, 5 olives, a basil.
Between meals it is possible to have mineral water, green tea or herb infusion and also fresh juices. But I just die without coffee therefore I do not refuse to myself this pleasure even during a diet. And the last: in 100 g of boiled rice only 109 kcal so eat on health contain and grow thin. Yes, at an exit from a diet eat meat and dairy less, for lunch and a dinner prepare the crude cereals (rice, pasta gray, gray bread and bread with bran).
