Today it is one of the most fashionable programs for weight loss in Europe. Those who will want to try this diet on themselves have to forget the word "dinner" for long time, and maybe forever.The diet consists of four rules to which it is necessary to adhere strictly:
- purposeful choice of suitable products;
- sufficient supply of an organism with liquid;
- conscious refusal of "heavy" fats;
- providing an organism with vitamins and other vital minerals in sufficient and physiologically necessary quantity.
At the same time, this diet did not provide any bans. For breakfast it is possible to eat everything that there is a wish. Consumption of sweet, farinaceous food, alcohol is not forbidden.
Passing to the American diet, you remember the following:
- stop infinite calculation of calories, be guided only by the feelings;
- the diet allows to reach any desirable weight, but be realists and set feasible tasks for yourself;
- the diet does not promise result in three days.
All effective diets are, as a rule, long-term. Do not forget that it is necessary to begin a diet freely, comfortably and easily, then positive shifts will be noticeable at once.
Recommendations for the American diet
1. The use of any products, except liquid, after 17 hours is strictly forbidden.
2. Liquids has to be much not only in the evening, but also throughout the day, it promotes clarification of an organism from slags and toxins.
3. You remember fats. If you ate an excess piece of sausage, then do not forget to eat then couple of slices of pineapple or 2-3 segments of grapefruit.
4. Do not forget about useful substances and vitamins, so necessary for your organism in the period of a diet.
