Protasov Kim diet
Extent of a diet is 5 weeks. The sense of a diet is in that there are as much as possible vegetables and five-percent dairy products. It is allowed to have tea and coffee in any quantity (at the same time having once and for all forgotten about sugar), and waters it is necessary to drink without fail two liters a day. Besides, still it is possible to eat three green apples.As for vegetables, it is authorized to use them in any kind. You want - gnaw cucumbers, strewing them with the Bulgarian sheep cheese (5%), you want - dip tomatoes and paprikas in yogurt, you want - make a huge portion of salad from various vegetables, cut boiled egg there and strew all with cheese. And only dare to complain that you are hungry! Quietly eat the resolved products in the morning, in the afternoon, in the evening, at night.
1 week
All week you eat only crude vegetables and also cheeses and yogurts of five-percent fat content. It is allowed to eat one boiled egg a day.
2 week
You have to spend the second week similar to the first. Surprisingly, but from second week at you hunting vanishes there is something, except vegetables, cheese and apples. Many even refuse boiled egg which with greed is eaten at the beginning of a diet. By the end of the second week you will feel extraordinary ease in all body and in... thoughts. The organism which is not burdened by fat, meat and sweets will demand vivacity of acts, and you should make efforts not to hit in an adultery.
3 week
From the beginning of the third week you are obliged to add a piece of fried meat, a bird or fish (300 grams) to vegetables and cheeses. Please, reduce consumption of cheeses and yogurt a little. You eat vegetables, cheeses, meat, egg and apples 3 more weeks upon termination of which you just will begin to melt in the face of the amazed colleagues and members of household. Two last weeks occur the most intensive dropping weight.
Prepare morally that upon termination of a diet you will not be able immediately to snatch on various viands. You should) (!) put a lot of effort to force itself to eat bread and butter, fried potato or pelmeni.
I advise once a year to all (even to those who have no excess weight) by means of such easy diet to clean the organism.
