Bonn soup diet
The name of this diet comes from a product which makes its basis.Dietary, or onions, soup will allow you to lose 5-8 kg by the end of the seventh day of a diet. If weight is lost more than on 7 kg, it will be necessary to take a break for two days before continuation of a diet.
6 bulbs of the average size, several tomatoes (it is possible preserved), 1 small head of cabbage, 2 green pepper, 1 bunch of a celery, 1 cube of vegetable broth.
To cut vegetables on small or average pieces, to fill in with water, to season with salt, pepper and hot sauce (at will). To boil on strong fire of 10 minutes, then to reduce fire and to cook until vegetables become soft.
During a diet it is impossible to take alcoholic and carbonated drinks, bread, any food with fat.
Order of performance of a diet:
The 1st day: soup and all grades of fruit, except bananas. As drink - unsweetened tea, coffee or water.
The 2nd day: soup and green vegetables (fresh sheet or tinned). To refrain from corn, green peas and bean. For dinner one baked potato with vegetable oil.
The 3rd day: soup, fruit and vegetables, but without potatoes.
The 4th day: soup, fruit and vegetables, including bananas and low-fat milk.
The 5th day: soup, beef and tomatoes.
The 6th day: soup, beef and vegetables (especially sheet).
The 7th day: soup, natural rice with vegetables, fruit juice.
