Dinner (about 500 kilocalories)
The I option: a hot dish from beans (haricot), 100 g of fresh fruit.
The II option: semi-milk vegetables soup, 25 g of the grated fat-free cheese (sheep cheese), the roll (dried) from whole grain, 50 g of the dried apricots wetted with cheese.
The III option: the big potato baked in a uniform, 60 g of baked beans (haricot), carrots, cabbage, 2 glasses of kefir to which several pieces of the crushed dry apricots are added.
