Three-day diet

The 2nd breakfast: small apple.
Lunch: 1/2 glasses of a tuna, glass of boiled beet, cauliflower glass, crispbread. It is possible to replace a tuna with 200 g of the chicken made as it is described above.
Dinner: boiled egg, cucumber (fresh or salty), 4 radish, bread slice.
Before going to bed: 1/2 small melons or small apple.
