Liepaja diet

The diet is created by the nutritionist Lev Hazan (Liepaja, Latvia). In fact, it is a power supply system on hours with a limited volume of liquid. Strict, but effective method.

Features of the Liepaja diet:
- It is calculated for 3 months (90 days). It is considered that during this time it is possible to lose up to 45 kg, but everything depends on that, how strictly you will manage to keep in the set framework.
- Every day undersigns on hours. Intervals between meals – exactly 5 hours!
- A breakfast, a lunch and a dinner in strictly allotted hours, it is necessary to observe accurately, deviations and eases are not welcomed.

Basic principles:
- The amount of liquid in day is limited – up to 1.75 l.
- Caloric content is strictly determined – about 1200 kcal. in day.
- Under a ban: sugar, sweeteners, alcohol.

Greens
200-250 ml of natural juice

Dinner
Strictly at the same time and not earlier than in 5 hours after a lunch!
Meat salad (6-7 tablespoons): potatoes, meat or sausage, green peas, egg, pickle, 1 tablespoon of sour cream or mayonnaise
Instead of meat salad it is possible vinaigrette (potatoes, carrots, beet, sauerkraut, pickle, onions, 1 tablespoon of oil)
1 tablespoons of fish canned food or caviar, 1 piece of bread
200-250 g of any liquid without sugar (milk, kefir, mineral water).

Fasting day
To arrange once a week, it is strict in the same day of the week
250 g of cottage cheese
6 tablespoons of dried fruits or 2 tablespoons of honey
8 walnuts
2 apples
0.5 l of milk or kefir
To eat all this for 5-6 meals.
