In a day it is necessary to drink 10-12 glasses of water. It is possible to add natural cranberry juice to water (it has diuretic effect and helps to lose as much as possible weight).
Food from carbohydrates can be seasoned with lemon juice, it will make it more tasty and will allow to feel filled longer.
