b) 200 g of potatoes cooked in a uniform, 150 g of boiled haricot;

c) two slices of bread with bran, the large portion of salad from "unlimited" set, 75 g of shrimps, 175 g is fresher than some strawberry;

d) a plate of low-calorie soup, 100 g of fillet of a mackerel, the salad and a slice of bread with bran greased with margarine;

e) one cheeseburger from McDonald's, one apple.

Dinners (alternate the offered options):

a) 125 g of a chop, a circle of pineapple, 125 g of potatoes cooked in a uniform, one teaspoon of margarine;

b) 250 g of the fried or made on a grill chicken (without skin), two slices of fried potatoes, a large portion of salad;

c) 200 g of fillet of the sole steamed, 125 g of chips;

d) two fish flat cakes, 75 g of potato croquets, two teaspoons of boiled haricot;

e) one fish stick, bag of chips (100 g), 50 g of peas.

Desserts:

Choose two types of fruit from the offered list: apple, orange, pear, small peach, 125 g of cherries, two small kiwis, 75 g of grapes, 75 g of fresh pineapple, 175 g of raspberry or strawberries, two tangerines.

You can replace fruit with one glass of wine, two glasses of aperitif or two crispbread from 12 g of grated edam cheese.

Men can complement the daily menu with two slices of bread with the bran smeared with margarine, 250 ml of light or dark beer and some fruit from the offered set.

The counter of calories for French fries (caloric content is specified a portion in 25 g):
