In the first five days it is necessary to take food each two hours. The next ten days it is necessary to eat as usual, but it is desirable to limit consumption of farinaceous food and sweet or to pass to dietary grades of bread and fruit sugar. Five days of a diet should be alternated with ten days of normal food. In five days it is possible to dump up to 3-5 kg, and within ten days a main goal - to record weight on the reached mark.
7:00 - cup of tea or coffee.
9:00 - the grated carrots filled with lemon juice.
11:00 - apple (pear, a kiwi, a peach and so forth).
13:00 - 100 g of boiled meat (freshwater fish) on a piece of grain bread with butter (10 g).
15:00 - one hard boiled egg (100 g of cheese, 100 g of cottage cheese and so forth).
17:00 - vegetable salad (cabbage, carrot, beet and so forth).
19:00 - 10 pieces of the dried fruits (prunes, dried apricots) soaked in hot water.
21:00 - a glass of the fat-free kefir.
