a) a piece of a melon, 75 g of low-fat meat or 125 g of the fish prepared on a grill, 250 g of potatoes cooked in a uniform with two tablespoons of soft cheese and 25 g of grated edam cheese;

b) 250 g of the chicken (without skin) made on a grill, green beans, a cauliflower, carrots, baked apple with three tablespoons of sweet flakes.
