During power loadings it is very important "to fill" the organism with special protein mixes, they contain the substances necessary for the athlete for a normal training which would take place wholeheartedly. Without them it, alas, is not possible.

Recent researches established that it is very useful for beginners in sport for an hour prior to the training to drink a coffee cup. It appears, caffeine reduces pain at least by 40-45% and will help to enter a rhythm and to derive pleasure from the first (!) trainings. Guards only one. In high doses of coffee speeds up heartbeat and disturbs a normal dream.

I want to notice that in this article we considered only a muscular indisposition, and not injury of joints or stretching at all. All this it is necessary to treat under tough medical supervision, but in any way not in absentia, at home. Also remember the main rule. Severe pains can be avoided if it is correct to carry out exercises. Therefore in the hall, at least initially trainings we advise to practise under supervision of the personal trainer.
