The days off: you can densely eat two times within both days. Indulge yourself with pizza, a curry, fried meat with any garnish.
The AQUARIUS (on January 21 - on February 18)
Traps: you the fan of sandwiches also adore any their versions: with sausage, with cheese, with liver pate and surely dressed with mayonnaise, horse-radish or ketchup!
Your shortcomings: you have problems with urination, and from it anklebones swell up. Forget for a while about exotic sports - to you so far rather quiet week-end spent in the country on a nature bosom.
Your diet: Drink more water to improve work of a bladder and try the sandvichevy diet offered by me.
Choose for yourself four options of sandwiches per day - make sandwich from two slices of bread with bran with one of the following fillers: 50 g of chicken or low-fat ham, 75 g of a salty tuna, one banana of the average size, 25 g of low-calorie cheddar cheese, one slice of the low-fat bacon made on a grill with the baked tomatoes, one egg, three tablespoons of boiled haricot. As a garnish eat a large portion of the mixed salad from unlimited set.
Now, when you made the menu of four sandwiches, choose one option of dense snack from the offered list:
a) 75 g of low-fat meat, little liquid gravy, 75 g of boiled potatoes, cabbage, carrots;
b) The 150th fish prepared on a grill, 150 g of potatoes cooked in a uniform, two tablespoons of corn grains, a large portion of the mixed salad;
c) big piece of a melon, 125 g of low-fat mutton, little liquid gravy, green beans, broccoli, one glass of low-fat yogurt.
