Afternoon snack (18:00-18:30): 300 grams of unsweetened fruit.
Dinner: glass of kefir or yogurt, fruit mix. Fruit mix is especially useful to people with problems in work of intestines. She prepares so: just process equal amounts of dry dates, dried apricots, a fig, prunes and walnuts. These curative products can be washed down with water or tea.
