High type.

In 2 hours: 80 g of boiled meat, fishes or birds or 1 egg + 1 small potato in a uniform or 1 tablespoon of rice + any vegetables.
In 2 hours: cup of green tea.
In 2 hours: large portion of salad from any vegetables.
Food basket dietetics.
Carbohydrates:
Sugar, fructose (juice, fruit), grain (flour, bread, pasta), alcohol, milk, dairy products which contain milk sugar (cream, sour cream, sweet cottage cheese, the concentrated milk, buttermilk, yogurt, young cheese, Camembert, cottage cheese), potatoes, rice, corn.
Proteins:
All grades of vegetables, dairy products which are almost not containing milk sugar (cottage cheese, a mozzarella, sheep cheese, a gorgontsola and also some hard cheeses, like Gouda, a tilziter, parmesan, Russian, redneck), bean, fast grades of meat, a breast of chicken and a turkey.
Fats:
Vegetable oil, butter, cream, sausages, avocado.
The mixed products:
Bananas, all grades of nuts, all bean, raisin, prunes. Pay attention that these products cannot be combined with other types of carbohydrates!!!!!
Drinks:
Cocoa, coffee, black tea, green tea (almost neutral). Consumption of these products should be considered as separate meal!!!!!
