Try the diet offered by Institute of food of Russia. Decrease in caloric content of food to 1800-1200 kcal is its cornerstone that is reached by an exception or the maximum restriction of the digestible carbohydrates which are contained in sugar, bakery products and potatoes. The experts who developed this diet assure that at its strict observance in three weeks it is possible to leave 8-10 kilograms.Food has to be fractional, 5-6 once a day in the same hours. On a diet vegetable oil, meat, fish, milk and dairy products have to make a half of the consumed fats (preferably low-fat). Low-starched vegetables and fruit can be used in any quantity (salad, a garden radish, cucumbers, tomatoes, greens, berries).
The norm of water - one and a half liters a day, and taking into account the water which is contained in food, and in some of them is enough of it. So, vegetables and fruit contain 80-90% of water, meat and fish - 70-80%, boiled sausages - 60-70%, bread - 30-40%. Consumption of salt has to be limited to 5 g a day (one teaspoon). It is recommended to salt already ready food.
We give two versions of approximate menus of this diet. Caloric content of such food - 1500-1600 kcal (without bread).
The first option
The first breakfast: fried eggs from two eggs, cabbage salad, tea with milk.
The second breakfast: cottage cheese, tea, broth or juice of a dogrose.
Lunch: salad vegetable, Russian cabbage soup from sauerkraut, chicken boiled with vegetables, compote or broth of a dogrose.
Afternoon snack: glass of milk, juice or broth of a dogrose.
Dinner: boiled fish (100 g), vegetable stew, tea.
For the night: glass of kefir.
The second option
The first breakfast: meat boiled (100 g) with green peas, tea.
The second breakfast: curd cake or baked apple.
Lunch: lenten soup, fish boiled with vegetable salad on vegetable oil, compote.
Afternoon snack: dogrose broth.
Dinner: cottage cheese, tea.
For the night: glass of kefir.
