Very big, more than 15 g, the quantity of a protein contains in cheeses, low-fat cottage cheese, meat of animals, a chicken, the majority of species of fish, soy, peas, haricot and nuts.
A large number (10-15 g) – in fat cottage cheese, pork, sausage, jam, sausages, eggs, semolina, buckwheat, oat, millet grain, wheat flour.
