"You will get rid of ton of excess weight!" — Cilla Blek says. She offers for this purpose a superdiet thanks to which you will be able to dump one month prior to five kilograms. The basic rule — is as much as possible vegetables and fruit. Calculation of calories is not given, but keep in mind that the average weight of a portion of fish or meat — 150 g.We offer you the following principle of creation of a diet: "rigid" week, "easy" week, etc.
The first and third weeks
Alcohol on this diet is excluded. But simple and mineral water you can drink how many you want. Besides, we recommend you dietary drinks, black coffee and lemon tea without sugar.
Daily breakfast: a half of a melon, grapefruit or mango, a toast of bread with bran.
Lunch (choose one of the offered options):
- cold meat (to remove all fat), slices of tomatoes, green vegetables salad;
- the fish prepared on a grill, green vegetables, a bread slice from coarse flour;
- fresh fruit salad (how many you want);
- transparent broth, two soft-boiled eggs or in a sack, green vegetables salad, tomatoes, a bread slice from coarse flour;
- 75 g of cottage cheese, a bread slice, the mixed salad from "unlimited" set, fruit.
Dinner (choose one of the offered options):
- the fish prepared on a grill, green vegetables, fresh fruit, a bread slice from coarse flour;
- a low-fat stake or a chop (without fat), green vegetables or salad;
- mutton or beef casserole (to remove all fat), salad or green vegetables;
- the fried or made on a grill chicken or a turkey (without skin), green vegetables or salad;
- the liver prepared on a grill, stewed onions, green vegetables or salad.
The second and fourth weeks
— try to behave the basic rule within reasonable. In day you can indulge yourself with a glass of dry wine or champagne, to add skim milk to tea or coffee. Do not include sugar, cream, puddings, cakes and candies in the diet.
