Breakfast

Fruit cocktail. 100 ml of any juice and same amount of yogurt.

Lunch

Vegetable stew. Several inflorescences of a boiled cauliflower, 1 sweet pepper, 1 carrot, 1 tablespoon of peas or young haricot, a half of bulb, 1 root of a celery, parsley greens - all this to pripustit in a small amount of water.
Sauce: 1 tablespoon of olive oil, 100 g of buttermilk, 1 h spoon of lemon juice.

Afternoon snack

Sandwich. 100 g of chicken breast with a small slice of bread with bran.

Dinner

Fruit pilaf. 50 g of the boiled rice mixed with apple and 100 g of any other berries and fruit.

Water can be drunk without restrictions, but only not aerated.

The mysterious word "5+" in the name of a diet means that it lasts 5 days, and for the 6th day as compensation for dietary feats it is allowed to eat something tasty, but only till 16:00. After that it is possible to drink water only.

The diet provides 1200 kcal a day and allows to dump 3 kg in five days. The balance of necessary nutrients nullifies risk for health.
