Twenty-day diet
The following is strictly forbidden by a diet: to drink wine, beer, lemonade, there are a sugar, candies, cookies, white loaf, potatoes, pasta.1 - 2 Hungry days.
For all day 1-2 liters of milk or kefir, one glass of tomato juice, 2 pieces of black bread.
3 - 4 Proteinaceous days.
8-9 hours: coffee with milk, a half of a teaspoon of butter with a piece of black bread, a half of a teaspoon of honey.
12-13 hours: one glass of broth (meat or fish), 100 gr boiled meat or fish, one piece of black bread.
16-17 hours: one glass of milk or tea with a honey teaspoon half.
19 hours: 100 gr boiled meat or 2 eggs both 50 gr cheese and one glass of kefir.
5 - 6 Vegetable days.
8 hours: 2 apples or 2 oranges.
12 hours: vegetable soup and vinaigrette without potato.
16-17 hours: 2 apples or 2 oranges.
19 hours: vegetable cabbage, beet and carrots salad, 1 piece of black bread, 1 glass of tea with a honey teaspoon half.
To keep to a diet of 20 days. To accept on 1 polyvitamin.
Loss of weight at observance of a diet will be about 12-15 kilograms. After a diet it is possible to eat everything, but observing moderation. It is necessary to eat cottage cheese. And it is possible to repeat a diet in a month.
