THE V INTERNATIONAL FESTIVAL "RUSSIAN CUISINE - 2023" IN THE KREMLIN TO IZMAILOVO
The best the chef, members of the Moscow Association of Culinary specialists, National guild of chefs of Russia, the Chefs Team Russia team, National Association of Culinary specialists, students of professional colleges, fud-bloggers, experts and historians of Russian cuisine will gather to show culinary master classes, to carry out the chief-batly, to prepare various dishes of Russian cuisine.
Guests of a festival will be able to participate in interactive competitive programs and also will get acquainted with farmer products from domestic manufacturers. Culinary flashmobs, musical and animation programs, dishes of the record sizes, draws of prizes from numerous partners, free master classes for children and adults, the food court – all this expects guests of a festival already on July 15-16.
The program of the finishing days of the V international festival "Russian Cuisine — 2023" *
On July 15, 2023 guests of a festival will suffer all aroma of dishes on a grill and also will be able to try them! The borsch cooked in pig-iron coppers and which kept aroma of a fire will join festive foods in it day. From 14 to 16 o'clock a trademark will "Be ready" to feed all guests with the most tasty borsch absolutely free of charge.
On July 16, 2023 among chefs there will take place the competition of "The best author's okroshka" and also the flashmob on preparation of 400 liters of okroshka which will close the V international festival "Russian Cuisine — 2023" will take place. Okroshka will be executed on Family Secret kvass of the Ochakovo company. Will treat with it guests absolutely free of charge after 15 hours. The solemn beginning this day will decorate a show of hodulistov-giant and during the day guests are waited by many surprises according to the program.
Both 15, and on July 16 guests of a complex are expected by a highly topical concert program from actors of the Russian platform. In both days of a festival our young visitors will be able to pass free master classes in the Museum of bread and the Museum of the Russian toy which begin at 13:00.
