Work number 2: Engineer (in combination clerk, bureaucrat, bore)

My second work, and the longest, had a position "The engineer of Management of the organization of production". I got a job on state enterprise as at that time I had a small child, I needed the paid sick-list, a holiday and other social benefits.

This big regime enterprise, behind a double fence, therefore orders there strict.
Entrance according to admissions, at the same time all your movements to and fro register sensors when reading the admission. Any chief can take an extract of the employees and check who, where when left and came.

To lose the admission is a terrible business. You are waited by hundred thousand explanations with security service, and a penalty in the form of how many deprivation of percent of an award. In 10 years of work I never lost it, protected as the most expensive

At 8-00 you have to be in a workplace, quite often come, and you under a door already have people with reports. But at 17-00 you can go with clear conscience home if there are no emergencies and. urgent affairs.

My work consisted in constant account, registration, inquiries, processing, sending the documents necessary for functioning of the enterprise. It is continuous process. At the same time often it is necessary to summon the necessary papers from divisions which do not hurry to provide them in time. At the same time some dissatisfied consider you the bureaucrat, the paper pusher, the bore and so on. But... and try to collect, to issue and prove any permission, the application, the reporting.

And one more site of my work is a distribution of the areas. It has a big enterprise, in the territory of nearly 200 different buildings and constructions. And we maintain the database about the spaces occupied by each division. Too not sickly volume of work. And still it is necessary to move, try to discover someone options, opportunities, etc. somewhere. And too, unfortunately, you will not please all. Always there are dissatisfied.

And still in addition sometimes there were works connected from the organizations of conferences (this is already more interesting).

Well both pluses and minuses of work (besides subjectively, personally for me):

Pluses:
- state enterprise, there is social package, the LABOUR CODE is strictly observed;
- you think of work only at work, houses - it is free from production thoughts;
- the stable guaranteed salary;
- you obtain skills of work with large volumes of information, in the multitask mode.

Minuses:
- low salary;
- full time it is necessary to be on the place;
- work quite monotonous and tiresome, documents-reports-inquiries... already every day from day a year, only forms and contents of documents change;
- the work which is narrowly directed is tied to a concrete type of production therefore many knowledge applied here, experience and skills in other place will to nobody are necessary.
