1. Skin.

2. Hair.

Oh, what only metamorphoses did not endure my volosik. I was cut under the boy, a caret and asymmetry. It was painted in an eggplant, by the way it was my the first honey agarics in coloring of hair. Also such colors as visited my head: scarlet red, black, red, blond (in the form of highlighting), the chestnut, blue plum (tonic) and is a lot more other shades, I will also not remember all now. Having endured permanent black coloring which provoked strong loss, I grew completely the hair color, but did not keep and promelirovat four locks. Pregnancy gave to hair length below shovels, but unfortunately I both had no density and is not present.

3. Nails.

Before pregnancy the condition of nails left much to be desired what only I did not carry out the procedure somehow to improve their quality, but everything was vain. And with childbirth they as though were changed, stratifying and fragility left, now they strong and quickly grow, I do not manage to cut. And in general, I consider, not important what form at the woman nails, it is important that they were clean, identical on length and accurately filed.

The main thing that I understood in care of nails is that it is necessary to saw round them in one direction and better to use a glass file, for prevention of stratifying. Also, when putting any varnish it is necessary, it is obligatory to use a basis, for protection. And for resistant manicure to cover with a top. Well and of course you should not forget about a cuticle and side rollers, they also need processing, food and moistening.
