THAT IN me, AND OUTSIDE: my formula of beauty

1. Time.

It I in 1991.
Here I in 2011.

To make friends over time: to accept inevitability of the birth - growing - aging - dying. It is inherent in any, both a being, and an inanimate object.

I accepted the age as an integral part of. At me four grandsons grow up. On all important documents it is necessary to put date of the birth. I am not going to deceive myself and others even if I will look in a year as forty-year-old. And not because "my years - my wealth", and just because all of us are born, then we mature, then we grow old, then we die: people, plants, animals, cities, mountains and even Universes.

2. Uniqueness.

Even if fourteen of my doubles and seven thousand of women, just similar to me, knock about the world, I know beyond doubt: I am created by parents and the nature in the single copy. Yes, flatters me when show me the beautiful actress and say that I am similar to her. But I am glad to resemble myself, that image ideal me which I create itself in the imagination, allocating this image with my and anybody's other lines of appearance and character.

I immediately tear off the person who compares me to someone and gives someone as an example on which I have to equal. Even if I will make the decision to participate in a beauty contest in the age category, I will do myself just like ideal myself.
My uniqueness in lines of my person, in my figure, gait, my voice, in a combination of my character and intelligence, in we wash style: a hairstyle, clothes, a make-up, accessories, a situation of the house, the relation with close and unfamiliar... In other words - style it is more, than the choice of visual image.

And the woman becomes more senior, the her style is shown more brightly. My choice: comfort, elegance, and as required - extravagance.

3. Health.

The diseases affecting my internals immediately are projected on skin in the form of pigmentary spots, pimples, peeling or other problems.

In the same way psychological problems are reflected in appearance. The low self-assessment, diffidence, sense of guilt, feeling of the victim, irritability, unlimited scepticism, malignancy, self-flagellation and to that similar troubles form the corresponding shape, a bearing, gait and image in general.

Agree, it is difficult to call beautiful the woman at whom on a face expression of eternally offended victim or, on the contrary, - the self-satisfied and looking-down on all agressorsha.

I maintain the health by active lifestyle, moderate, but tasty food, the movement and ability quickly and effectively to transform any negative experiences and stresses.

4. Leaving.

Of course, it is possible to be proud of hairy legs and to braid braids armpits. It is possible to go with grease hair and to bite the nails instead of using nail files.
However so natural "beauty" very strongly differs from natural beauty of the well-groomed woman who can refuse decorative cosmetics, but watches an esthetics of the appearance.

I do not abuse cosmetics, perfume. And also I am an opponent of all cosmetic injections and operations if to it there are no medical indications (for example, after the postponed physical injuries). But it gives pleasure to me to indulge the skin, the body, the olfactory system all goings and also different types of massage. I have to protect the skin from surplus of ultraviolet. It is comfortable to me to be clean, smooth and smelling delicious, first of all - for itself.

The most famous and beautiful women of all times and the people looked after themselves. Even when I read about a pediculosis and vonyuchest women of quality during a Middle Ages era, hardly to be believed me that they were hairy and not well-groomed dirty creatures. But even if it and so and even if the greatest queen Savskaya hid curve and unshaven legs under a dress, it does not mean at all that I have to be same hairy as my husband, for example.

Many cite as an example Julia Roberts who does not shave legs and armpits. I do not know, personally did not see, but I do not trust yellow press and I know what miracles is capable to do the photoshop...

And besides... See item 2 (Uniqueness). Some women make the choice to be such or others on some to them to the conducted reasons. And this their right. And sometimes women just have a depression. Real. Then they forget not only that they are beautiful.

I choose to look after myself, but I do not chase brands, and I trust only the feelings and an intuition.

5. Good mood.

The beautiful woman - the easy woman. I not about weight. Not about body volumes. I about a look, gait, character.

I know that it to be heavy, everything controlling. I refused it when finally understood that it gives nothing to me, and only takes away time and energy.

6. Communication with the Highest forces.

Everyone on the understands God. As the Famous boxer Tyson "Told in one of the interviews I do not know whether God believes in me, but I believe in him".

Eyes are a window to the soul. The person full of energy, strong in spirit, possesses magnetic a look. It is possible to be the beautiful woman with empty, cold as if the drawn eyes and with molded by cosmetic surgeons features. Also it is possible to be the beautiful Woman with the lines given by the Nature and parents with the eyes splashing the spots of sunlight which are shining brightly with happiness of life and the joy of the simplest things.

I believe that God, the Highest forces, gave me everything that I deserve. I have everything what I need that I love that I want. And I am grateful for support from above which preserved me against the destructive toxic relations and I feel every second the Angels, their easy breath near me.

7. Smile.

I noticed long ago that the smile makes me more beautiful. Not only me - any person. Therefore as the Baron Myunkhgauzen Oleg Yankovsky's lips spoke: "Smile, misters, smile"

Thus, I sum up the result and I take out the personal formula of beauty:

BEAUTY = (UNIQUENESS x TIME) + (LEAVING x HEALTH) + (good MOOD x SMILE) + COMMUNICATION WITH the HIGHEST FORCES.
