My achievements for this week:

Weight jumps, minus half a kilo, with firmness keeps, but again volumes please, the line of a hip became smoother.
Food in the small portions.
After six in the evening I do not eat and the glass of buttermilk always helps to cope with desire something to eat.
I want to try to make one fasting day on buttermilk.
