How many myself I remember, I always was mobile, flexible, hardy. In the childhood I went to sports section on Handball where was occupied 6 years, 6 happy years. To tell that I love Handball, it not to tell anything, I just adore it. We often went to other cities on competitions where always took prize-winning places.
In dreams and plans was that after leaving school, I completely will devote myself to Handball and I will become the professional sportswoman. But my dream was not fated to come true, our family moved to other settlement where not only do not play Handball, even never heard about it. My soul ran around like a mad!
At new school I began to play basketball, played perfectly, but in heart there was always a Handball.
My youth was sated with sports life, it both tourist's meetings and mountain sports center.
But in 23 years to me there was misfortune after which I went 9 months in Ilizarov's device, during rehabilitation I made a big mistake, I did not begin to develop a leg before complete recovery of motive activity. During this period for me happiness was already that I go. And that I will want to wear shoes on a high heel, to ski, skate on roller-skaters and skates, I did not think of it, and in vain... And the most important, I did not think that I will be captured by such desire again to take a handball ball in hand. Also this wild desire, during the Olympic Games woke up in me, my husband zealously supported our handballers, and I could not look, my heart was covered with blood, it is my unfulfilled dream.
That my dream was fulfilled, a lot of time for restoration is necessary to me, but I believe that I will be able!
The foundation is already laid. Every day I do remedial gymnastics.

Socks have to look slightly inside. Do not tear off a heel from a floor and do the movement by hips to a wall. Detain this extension for 30 seconds, and then have a rest half-minute more. Repeat exercise.
Driving of a ball foot.
It exercises is very useful for all. Carry out it not only the operated leg, but also healthy too. It improves blood circulation in legs and forms the correct arch of foot. It is necessary to roll a ball all foot, and not just its front department.
