Sitali of a pranayam (an accent on And)

This equipment calms and cools an organism therefore it is not recommended in cold season and during a catarrhal disease.


Exercise performance order.

1. To accept any convenient pose with a direct backbone, (it is the best of all - a sedentary meditative asana)

2. To put lips in a tubule and to push a language tip in an opening.

3. To execute very easy the Mule for Bandkh (to tighten crotch muscles), and to exhale completely through a nose.

4. To inhale slowly a mouth through a gleam around a language tip. Passing through the put lips, air flow cools language.

5. To hold the breath for 5 seconds and to exhale slowly through a nose.

6. To repeat within at least 3-4 minutes, but no more than 11 minutes.

4. Completing practice we take a deep breath through a nose and a slow exhalation.



This practice can finish occupations Hatha yoga, especially if occupation was dynamic.

It is recommended for breaks between sessions during the occupations archetypic yoga (complexes of asanas and breathing exercises for activization of archetypes of goddesses).
