Power BARS from porridge.
? Today I will tell how to prepare useful having a snack – power bars from porridge. This very nourishing porridge, nuts and dried fruits dish. It is very convenient to take such useful oat bars with itself, the place is not taken much, but well satisfy hunger. It is possible to add any nuts, dried fruits, dried berries, coconut flakes to such bars.
Ingredients:
Oat flakes - 150 g.
Walnuts – 30 g.
Prunes – 50 g.
Banana - 2 pieces.
Lemon juice – 1 tablespoon.
How to make useful oat bars:
We fill oat flakes in a bowl.
Nuts and prunes are crushed and we add to flakes.
There we will squeeze out lemon juice.
We peel bananas and we crush in the blender.
We add bananas to mix from porridge and well we mix.
We spread weight on the baking sheet laid by parchment paper. Paper can previously be oiled vegetable.
We form a rectangle. Before sending weight to an oven we will plan lines of future bars. So they will be simpler to be divided then.
We bake bars in the oven warmed up to 180 degrees, 20-30 minutes.
