If to tell about a training essence — that is the mode of restrictions and loadings (RON as now like to reduce). It is my fad. However, I thought up nothing original. Three main points.
The first — food with a minimum of fats, 300 grams of vegetables and fruit daily and that weight equaled to figure: growth minus 100.
The second — physical culture. Here business is more complex. It is necessary to all, and children and old men — especially. As now at work almost nobody physically strains, in principle, for decent health everyone would need to be engaged on an hour a day. But is not present for this character at the normal person. Therefore — at least 20 — 30 minutes of gymnastics, are about 1000 movements, it is better with dumbbells on 2 — 5 kg. I advise to practise in front of the TV when "News" show that time to save. As addition to physical culture it is desirable to allocate the site for walking, on the way for work and back, on one kilometer. It is useful, and keeps nerves, considering bad transport. I do not speak about jogging any more — not really. But — it is useful.
The third point, perhaps, the most difficult: management of mentality. "You learn to dominate yourself". But oh as it is difficult! There is a lot of recipes, up to meditation, I will not describe. Itself I use simple method: when big heat a lot of adrenaline was also emitted, I fix attention on rhythmical rare breath and I try to relax muscles. Most good at such moments — to make vigorous gymnastics, but the situation usually does not allow. But all the same, as soon as will allow — work. The excess of adrenaline is burned at physical culture, and in such way vessels and bodies escape from spasms. At animals stresses are resolved by flight or a fight, and it is not allowed to the person.
5. If you are young up to 60! - and there are no symptoms from bodies, it is not necessary to run at the slightest indisposition in policlinic. As already spoke, our doctors do not trust the nature, are aimed at drugs and rest. Be afraid to be taken prisoner to them! Will find diseases and will convince: "To have a rest and be treated!"
In an organism there are powerful protective forces — the immune system, compensation mechanisms. They will work, it is necessary to give a little time. Keep in mind that the majority of slight diseases pass, doctor's medicines only accompany natural recovery. Say to you: "Cured!", and you also believe: "Good doctor!"
