I will solve this problem by daily physical. loadings and healthy nutrition.

My first week was incomplete therefore honestly I admit, was only just adjusted

Water I drink only 1-1.5 l, I drink different tea much, but with honey.
With food a problem in one, - lack of a breakfast, and I will not depart from bad habit to have coffee on a hungry stomach in any way, and it is a lot of, nearly 0.5 l!

With physical. loadings still rather weakly, every other time, and here the bath with a sweating room and srubs 2 times a week took place surely

But at the same time shifts in weight are a little, even for incomplete to week not bad absolutely!

I had a short hairstyle, now let grow, - to what length, did not solve yet
