The aerobic exercises providing mobility, ventilation and increase in volume of lungs, increase in immunity and improvement of the general condition of an organism, blood circulation, mood, stabilization of weight. Here it is possible to refer fast walking, ski walks, skating, run, playing tennis or other outdoor games, swimming.

2. Power exercises which are directed to a training of certain groups of muscles such exercises are, as a rule, carried out by cycles, it is possible with burdening. If the visit of gym is impossible for any reasons, it is quite possible to carry out such exercises of the house, using dumbbells as burdening. Such exercises strengthen muscles and increase their weight that well influences the general condition of an organism, including skeletal system, a backbone, improve a metabolism, help to get rid of excess weight.

3. The exercises directed to an extension thanks to which the elasticity of muscles and ligaments improves. Exercises are recommended for an extension before and after occupations by aerobic and power exercises. On the one hand, they prepare an organism for physical exercises, increasing mobility of sheaves and reducing injury risk, and with another – kill pains after the physical occupations and muscular tension.
