Are a part of essential oil: D-limonene – 90%, N-detsilovy aldehyde, D-linalool, N-nonilovy alcohol, D-terpineol, air of kaprilovy acid, methyl air of anthranilic acid, tsitral, tsitronellal.

How to apply

• Enrichment of cosmetics: To mix 3-5 drops of essential oil of sweet orange from 10-15 g of cosmetic.

• Massage and self-massage: To mix 4-5 drops of essential oil with 1-2 tablespoons of almond oil.

• Bathtubs: To add 5-7 drops of the orange essential oil mixed with 2 tablespoons of sea salt to a heat bath. Time of the procedure of 10-15 minutes.

Contraindications

• Individual intolerance. Oil can cause irritation of sensitive skin and increase its sensitivity to the sun.

• It is impossible to accept inside as oil is toxic.

Essential oil of orange bitter

Essential oil of bitter orange renders the antiseptic, antimicrobial, antirheumatic, anti-sclerous, bile-expelling, anti-toxic, deodorizing, healing, anesthetizing, anti-depressive, anti-inflammatory, anti-spasmodic, exciting, carminative, expectorant, sudorific, stimulating, toning action.

Components of essential oil of bitter orange are monoterpenes (90%), alcohols, aldehydes and ketones.
