Eve is from Mexico, grew by the ranch in Texas. Since the childhood she was very active and could not live without sport.

"In the childhood I played basketball, gymnastics, consisted in support group... generally, was fond of everything. I was not too good in all these types of activity, but I was very bright", - she says. "I remember, especially I liked basketball. I was the attacking player; first all underestimated me because of tiny growth, however speed was my advantage!"

According to Eve, she manages to support a figure quite easily. But after she saw frank clothes of her heroine from Desperate housewives Gabriella, at once understood that it is necessary to undertake gymnastics seriously.

"I knew that Gabriella's role will be very sexual, but I did not understand how many lingerie I should carry!" - Eve laughs. "So I began trainings. My level is kinesiology (the system of natural health care), as for exercises. It very much helps to be healthy, but sometimes I am very lazy".

To help to maintain activity and to struggle with laziness, Eve employed the personal trainer.

"It comes to me home and pulls out me from a bed, with kicks and shouts", - she says. "It is not simple at all. I train within an hour, three times a week. The trainer is very glad that his work pays off".

"We try to diversify the program so the trainer should change it every day. One day of a kigboksing, another – kardio trainings, in addition, yoga and power trainings. As each type of activity changes, I do not get used to something to one".

Acquaintance to a basketball star by Tony Parker became one more incentive in support of a form.

"It is very well difficult too", - Eve adds. "And I love sporty men!"

It is more than greens

One of favourite products of Eve are sheet greens, and though she eats much, it is, as a rule, the correct food.

"I am a Mexican so I prepare constantly", - she says. "I eat much, but, generally it is vegetables. Very much I love spinach and a Brussels sprout. I consume vegetables with each meal".

"Perhaps, sometimes it is also necessary to go on a diet, but I never do it", - the actress claims. "Mostly I eat properly. But huge advantage of trainings is what can be eaten that you want. Therefore sometimes I do not refuse to myself spaghetti with quenelles".

During the travel across Paris from Tony who was born in Belgium and grew up in France Eve fell in love with French cuisine.

"I very much like to be little and tiny", - the 152-centimeter star says. "There is nothing what I would like to change in my appearance".

The star of Desperate housewives adores Mexican cuisine.
