3. Muesli with the low content of fats + a tablespoon of a linen seed, dried fruits, low-fat yogurt; tomato juice with a spoon of lemon juice.
Light meal:
Option 1: a little tinned tuna + 1 tablespoon of the fat-free mayonnaise, the chopped vegetables: tomatoes, carrots, celery, green pepper and dark green salad; one slice of dark rye bread with a teaspoon of easy margarine; small glass of skim milk.
Option 2: the fried and cooled shrimps and vinaigrette salad; small carrot; 6 wholegrain crackers; small glass of skim milk.
How to make fried shrimps salad? For this purpose it will be necessary for you: 12 cleaned shrimps, 100 ml of fresh grapefruit juice, several tablespoons of olive oil, 50 gr. daikon (Japanese white radish), half of carrots, two small tomatoes, little lemon juice, handful of a green salad.
Step 1. Fry shrimps on a grill, cool.
Step 2. Mix oil with juice of a lemon and grapefruit.
Step 3. Chop small vegetables, fill in them with oil. Salt, pepper.
Step 4. Give shrimps with a garnish from vegetables.
