Organizers presented feeling of the coming New year to participants from first minutes of an entrance to the cinema House where they were met by Father Frost with the Snow Maiden. The foyer was decorated with Christmas tree decorations of winners of the V festival of New Year trees held by the Commission on issues of patriotic and spiritual and moral education of children and youth of council under the President of the Russian Federation for the international relations. Participants could show the mental abilities during the draw of interactive toys from the Berttoys company. "Creative development of the child begins in the early childhood.
