Before the end of reception of works on the third children's creative competition "About My Area" there were two weeks

Before the end of order taking for the third children's creative competition "About My Area" there were two weeks. Aged from four up to 17 years the works till July 31 inclusive can send children. For this purpose it is necessary to be registered on the official site and to choose one of the presented nominations.

Creative works can be different types. For example, drawings. Paper, paints, pencils and felt-tip pens and inspiration — favourite places of Moscow eyes of children always colourful, bright, are shown from unusual foreshortenings. On the website of a competition it is already possible to give votes for the pleasant works. Most often children represented parks, the yards, schools, avenues, temples.

At the moment in this nomination more than four thousand works are sent. Under the terms of a competition, on the sheet A2 or A3 architecture objects, monuments, athletic fields, the yards and so on have to be drawn by hand.

The second nomination — an excursion "My area"". Competitors are offered to create the route on one of districts of the city, to describe it in the form of the scenario of an excursion from the first person. It is possible to add the photo of interesting places to the story, for example, of monuments of architecture, the school, the house of creativity and other sights. It is necessary to include descriptions of these places. On a competition works about dumb animals — pets who live in Moscow are also accepted. This nomination about pets, among which not only a cat and a dog, but also: hamsters, guinea pigs, domestic rats, rabbits, snail, turtle and even sheep.

And the fourth nomination is devoted to family. By preparation of work in this category, it is possible to choose the subject related to the lowest people and their achievements. For example: "A labor dynasty", "We love sport", "Our cultural family", "the Defender of the Homeland", "Scientist". Choose the hero among relatives or friends of the family, write the story about it, about its significant acts, explain why you consider it an example for yourself and people around.

To estimate all creative ideas and their embodiments there will be famous artists and leaders of the creative industry. Among them — Elena Bondarenko, the editor-in-chief of "Children's radio", Evgeny Stepanov, the guide and the creator of the "We Walk across Moscow" project, and Darya Sagalova, the actress and the TV host. Winners in each nomination will win memorable prizes.

A competition is held within the program of the Mayor of Moscow "My area". For the first time it took place in the 2022nd, then children aged from eight up to 15 years sent drawings, videos and stories about interesting places of the capital. The jury defined 61 winners. Last year more than six thousand people participated in a competition.
