Creamy and cheese mushrooms soup

Ingredients:
? Champignons - 400 g
? Processed cheese - 200 g
? Cream - 100 g
? Potatoes - 4-5 pieces
? Onions - 1 piece
? Carrots - 1 piece
? Garlic - 1 clove
? Sunflower oil
? Salt, pepper to taste
? Fennel - 1 bunch

Recipe of preparation:
We cut onions, potato and mushrooms in cubes. Carrots we rub on a grater. Garlic is crushed by a knife. And small we slice fennel.
We heat oil on a frying pan and we fry onions and carrots to softness. Then we add mushrooms and we fry, so far from them not to be evaporated liquid. We add garlic and we fry still a couple of minutes.
We spread contents of a frying pan and a pan, and we add potato. We fill in with water. From the moment of boiling we cook 10 minutes and we add processed cheese, we salt and we pepper. We cook 5 more minutes.
At the end we add cream, we bring to boiling and we switch off fire. We strew with fennel and we allow to stand 5 minutes.
