Cheese
Salt
Vegetable oil

We cut chicken fillet and we beat off from two parties. My fillet was already on sale cut on small pieces in packing. It is possible to make them more.
We fill in with milk and we leave on half of hour.
In a plate we fill breadcrumbs, cheese and salt. Also we roll in the turned-out fillet mix.
We spread on a baking sheet on paper for baking. It is possible to water a little from above with oil, but I decided to make without it. We cover with a foil and we send to the oven warmed up to 180 degrees for 20 minutes. Then we remove a foil and we send for 10 minutes.
If desired chicken it is possible to fry on a frying pan.
