Confiture from hot pepper
As promised I spread the recipe of spicy confiture.

Water - 50 ml.

If you love sharp, then safely increase amount of hot pepper, I cannot eat too sharp therefore I add only 1 pod.
Pepper to wash up, clean from fruit stems, to cut randomly and to punch in the blender, but not absolutely in porridge.
To dissolve sugar in water, to bring to boiling, to add pepper, lemon juice and to cook everything together minutes 30-40.
To spread out hot confiture in jars. I store in the refrigerator, it is stored very long.
If to store that at the room temperature it is better for hot to sterilize and close banks previously.
Here gave such jars to colleagues, were very glad and happy
