Roll from a lavash with herring
Ingredients:
Potato - 350 g
Butter - 20 g
Fennel - 3-4 branches
Lavash thin - 2 leaves
Processed cheese - 150 g
Green onions - 3-4 feathers
Herring - 1 piece.
Step-by-step preparation:
1. Begin with preparation of puree, it has to be fresher and is good to be smeared. Puree needs to be done with fennel.
2. Take 1 lavash, smear it with processed cheese and strew with a layer of the cut onions.
3. Cover with the 2nd lavash. Smear on it puree so that the last 5 cm were clean. This piece needs to be greased with processed cheese that roll well stuck together.
4. Spread out herring to all area of puree.
5. Curtail roll, wrap up in food wrap and place it in the refrigerator for 1-2 hours for impregnation.
