The old and checked recipe of tasty snack. Try)

INGREDIENTS:

boiled potatoes;
boiled carrots;
boiled eggs;
red light-salted small fish;
mayonnaise,
salt to taste.

PREPARATION:

Crush in advance prepared and peeled vegetables by means of a grater. Do the same also with boiled eggs.
Slice the slightly smoked small fish.
Spread parchment paper and begin to spread roll. Slightly coating each layer with mayonnaise or sour cream. At the end, lay out fillet of a red small fish and accurately curtail everything into roll. Cut roll a la carte and give to a table.
