I very much like to practice yoga. It not only is interesting, but also it is useful. Especially, when you have a sedentary work, for example, as at me. I constantly sit. Helps not only get rid of back pain, but also to keep calm, to dump two-three of extra kilos and not only … Generally, the yoga is a cool piece for which occupation I constantly did not have time.
Of course, at once I want to note that I have a beginning occupation level yoga, and I just would like to tell about exercises which helped me will get rid from in back pain.
Such exercises, with ease it is possible to do houses. Only the small, not sliding rug will be required.
So, here what it is asanas (exercise):
1. Dog muzzle down. Very effective asana. Especially when the back hurts and there is radiculitis. We go down on all fours, then then we straighten hands and legs. 5. One more exercise which very much is pleasant to me, this so-called twisting. It is necessary to lay down on a floor. To bend legs in knees, and to straighten hands along a body. Now we begin twisting. The bent knees in one party, the head in another. That is legs to the right, the head – to the left.

Here such simple, but very effective exercises, help me to cope with back pain. There are enough only 20-30 minutes.
Of course, occupation yoga – business labor-consuming. But are afraid is not necessary, here not the main thing that everything turned out at once, and to receive a pleasure polzya maximum for the health.
