Hello!
Our FM about the cities proceeds and here I decided to write one more post. I about the city already told you, www.wowcharm.us/post/29665/ here. But this story was not included into FM as it was written earlier. Especially the truth to add to this post not of what therefore it decided to tell you about anniversary of my small town.
Our city is founded in 1942, respectively this year we celebrate the 75 anniversary
In honor of such event at us there took place some actions. Here for example last Saturday we had "A festival of paints". We went to it with the husband, and also the husband's brother with the wife. First of all we went to an engine which was established literally in two days prior to this action on the central street.
The festival is an a lot of music, the unruly leader and PAINTS!!! They were sold directly near a scene. To tell honestly, at first it was terrible to get dirty in them. It was a pity for a white T-shirt, but then we were told that these paints are easily washed away well and... here goes
By the way, paints and the truth easily washed off.
The city celebrated the 75 anniversary on August 4, and on August 5 inhabitants celebrated Day of the railroader – one of the main red dates for local population.
Passed 75 years since the small railway station Petrov Val at first grew to the industrial settlement, and then at all became the real city. The railroad was the city-forming enterprise, and each local anyway is connected with it. Therefore Day of the railroader is important for petrovvalets on an equal basis with the City Day.
Today I for a holiday did not get as worked. But returning from work heard a concert which here only ended.
Besides a concert there was a laser show. Unfortunately I have no photos (((
Except entertainments the double city holiday included also a sports component. Beach volleyball, five-a-side and streetball competitions took place on August 5 on the basis of sports school. Participated in them both employees of the enterprises and Petrov Val's organizations, and guests from other regional settlements. Also the individual competition on chess among men was held.
And still good news:
Petrov Val is going to become the participant of the party project of United Russia "Parks of the small cities".
- Now in administration the plan of improvement of the territory of the city park which is located near Recreation center is developed, - the Administration of the Kamyshin municipal district reports.
On condition of its successful protection, in 2018 the city settlement will receive funds for arrangement of a park zone: laying of paving slabs, lighting, installation of shops and other small architectural forms.
The Parks of the Small Cities project started in our area this year, having become one of 72 participating regions and having received from the federal budget 500 million rubles on restoration of parks in the cities where the number of inhabitants does not exceed 250 thousand people.
Now the park looks so:
