I want to recommend you one more movie. And it – "In the sky "night witches", 1981.
The movie about the Soviet women-pilots who bombed fascists at night for as were nicknamed by "night witches".
Actually it were, of course, ordinary girls who early matured, and young women. Despite almost daily departures, heavy fights, raids of "messer" and the death of girlfriends, they just wanted to live, love and be favourite.

There were both dreams, and verses, and letters, and even bouquets of flowers with a note "For my Paraffin stove".
And still – emergency situations when suddenly there comes command, and you are not ready to it …

And an occasion to have fun, life goes on.

But first of all women-pilots strained to be in action. Ran away from hospital, flew even if it could not be done for health reasons. Also appreciated the place in tiny "whatnots" - U-2 training aircrafts, often refusing parachutes that entered bombs for fascists or freight for our army more. Also had no opportunity to get out of the plane when it burned …

Once the boy whom the commander of a squadron Oksana dreamed to adopt got to a "winged" regiment (her sonny died during war).

Alas, it was not fated to come true. And here that, perhaps, the most terrible: during war children could be deserted not once …

By the way, the movie "In the sky "night witches" is based on the real events which were taking place in the years of war in the 46th Guards night bombing aviation regiment, in which the director of the movie Hero of the Soviet Union of Evgeny Zhigulenko.
And it is more terrible to that to know that all this is the truth …
