Height of 179 cm and for today my weight of 71 kg.
When I only began to lose weight (on a bet with the girlfriend) I even could not dream of returning to my weight "till a marriage" in 19 years – 69 kg.
We argued with the girlfriend that exactly in a year, on February 11, 2015, I will weigh 10 kg less. In a year I weighed 15 kg less on what calmed down. Ceased to consider calories, but ate more or less adequately. Though, with regular zazhor.
Last year, in June, I broke an ankle and spent 2 months houses without the movement almost, gained 5 kg. also understood that if I do not change the way of life, then I should suffer as to my mother (160 kg. in 69 years, and it she dumped already 20-30 kg.)
In September, 2017 I started going to the gym and to try to consider again calories. By December was selected weighing 82 kg. And here I understood that I will be able. I will be able to execute the dream and to have the "dosvadebny" weight of 69 kg!
But to dream not harmfully, as they say. A November, and 2 remained kg. do not want to leave. The reason is – I relaxed and lost motivation.
In the header photo I exactly a year ago, in December, 2017 and in the weight of 82 kg. In December, 2018 I, hope, I will publish the photo in the weight of 69 kg here.
How do I plan to reach it?
1. I consider calories every day and I keep within the AVERAGE caloric content of day of 1800 kcal. It means that sometimes there will be 1500 kcal (not less), and sometimes 2500.
2. I go to gym 3 times a week. And point.
3. Every day I go at least 8000 steps (as recommends WHO). If it is impossible, then I dokhazhivat in the evening, with Lesley.
4. 5 times a week I do self-massage with a brush in soul (except CD).
5. I drink 2 pure liters daily, without coffee-tea-soup.
6. Weekly, on Sundays, I report on the progress here (or failures).

Plumb for a week of 200 g, the shame, the reasons are banal, it is not enough disciplines and salty food.

The additional weight for a week of 2 kg., my DR was "well" noted. Well, happens. Though it is sad.

I had no such goofy week long ago (at least since September). But, probably, it is necessary too …
The report for 16.12.18
Plumb for a week of 2.8 kg. Weight today 70.8 kg., here such "chudesaty" organism at me. Nayetoye in 2 weeks, merged in 1 week. I start almost anew, in 2 weeks it is necessary to throw off 1.8 kg.

Week is usual, a lot of planned is not executed, laziness and postponement of important issues for later, all, as always.

Plumb for a week of 500 g. Weight today 70.3 kg., to the purpose in a week of 1.3 kg.
Theoretically really, but I am in the minimum now and as practice showed, the organism is pounded in this point sometimes for weeks. There is, of course, a way – to strongly reduce caloric content, but I do not want an extreme, not that age and kickback then I do not want after return to the mode.

The specifying report of 29.12.18 and CONCLUSIONS:
This year and, in particular, the last 4 weeks were concentrated on achievement of the goal though, I and not always, implemented plans. Nevertheless, the purpose to me managed to be reached. As well as planned, in the end of the year wanted to weigh 69 kg or less. I had such weight only in 1993, 25 years ago. It was succeeded to gather at the last minute. This morning scales showed the figure seeming not a sbytochny dream earlier - 68.6 kg.
Participation in a marathon helped to gather and make final breakthrough, thanks to all participants for support and the examples! In only 4 weeks 2.4 kg are dumped. and, the most important, the objectives of the last 5 years are achieved!!!
On a photo today's scales and result of this year - minus 12 kg. (all minus 33.5).
