8 good reasons when it is possible to miss a training

1. Caught a cold.

If you train 4 days a week (and is more often), then in few weeks of forces can already not be enough for such rhythm. You pass to intensity in 2-3 days a week, or time in 2 weeks miss day of a training. To keep desire again to attend classes.

8. Once.
